QUOTE REQUEST
The customer fills in the form on our web page with the details of their request and they attach the documents which they wish to have translated.

You can do this by fax or by ordinary mail, giving us the necessary details to send you the quote for your document.

Once the document has been analysed and in the shortest possible period of time, we will send you an offer by e-mail
or fax where you will find the quote, the delivery date and the method of payment which will serve as a contract between both parties.

CONFIRMATION OF THE QUOTE
The customer will confirm by e-mail or fax the acceptance of the quote provided, for which they must fill in the specific
spaces in the contract.

DOING THE TRANSLATION
Once the confirmation has been received, we will proceed to do the translation. If the customer provides us with documentation from previous translations we will analyse it in order to maintain a coherence in the terminology used and establish a basic glossary.

While the translation is being done, it is possible that we may contact you in to clarify certain doubts which may arise regarding the terminology, the design or any other aspect which may be necessary.

Once the translation is finished it will be revised and it will be given the right format in order to maintain its original presentation.

SENDING THE DOCUMENT
Sworn translations are sent through ordinary mail, and regular translations are normally sent by e-mail, unless otherwise requested.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment will be made in euros via bank transfer and, unless otherwise stipulated, this is to be done as follows:

- 25% after confirmation of the order.
- The rest within 30 days.

INVOICE
Unless otherwise specified, the invoice will be sent by e-mail as soon as possible.
